This Site is fully controlled and operated by Anatheria (referred to below as "Anatheria" "we," "us," and "our"). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon their posting, so please review the Terms and Conditions posted at this link periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

All Rules and Terms of Service apply to all users accessing the Site. Anatheria reserves the right to remove any privileges, or prohibit the use of the Site to any User at any time. Users who, or try to, ignore or bypass the Rules or Terms of Service will be punished accordingly. Punishment can range from being chat banned, frozen or banned from Anatheria. Users may also have certain areas of their account reset or deleted if they contain inappropriate media.

As a User, you do not own the site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements on Anatheria, they are for users to play with while on Anatheria.
Except as permitted by the functionality of this site, users cannot sell them, give them to anyone, trade them for anything, or pretend they made them. All site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements are the property of Anatheria and its respective owners, and should not be plagiarised or copied.

All content and media displayed on and within Anatheria belongs to Anatheria and its respective owners. Therefore users are not permitted, or authorized, to sell, trade, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute Media in any way, or by any means, possible. Only except that users may download one copy of appropriately limited portions of the Media on any single computer for users personal, noncommercial use only, provided users include the following on every page containing copyrightable elements and users keep intact other proprietary notices:

By uploading or otherwise submitting any media (site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements) to Anatheria you automatically grant Anatheria a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology the submission in question. To the extent that portions of Anatheria provides users an opportunity to post and/or exchange media using any form of communtion, please be advised that these postings do not necessarily reflect the views of Anatheria. Although Anatheria authority periodically monitor exchanged and posted media created by users within all forms of communication, in no event does Anatheria assume or have any responsibility or liability for any posted media said by any individual other than Anatheria authority figures. Users remain solely responsible for the posting and content of their media.

Nonetheless, Anatheria authority figures will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all forms of communication serve to the best interests of all users and Anatheria reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse to post any data that violates the Rules and Terms of Service, as well as revoke the privileges of any User who does not comply with the Rules and Terms of Service.

Users hereby understand and agree that Anatheria does not allow media, in any form of communication, that contain:
  • Profanity, obscenities or explicit content
  • Comments or opinions about other people or things that slander, defame, threaten, insult or harass another User
  • Slanderous, defamatory, content-obscene, pornographic, threatening or harassing suggestions, comments and/or images
  • Links to, or advertisements, for third party commercial websites
  • Information on downloading auto scripts or obtaining secret or exclusive features
  • Personal identity information that might identify a User
  • Spam, scams or flooded/repeated messages

Communication in question includes, but is not limited, to:

  • Forum messages
  • Anamail subject
  • Anamail message
  • User names
  • User profiles
  • User signatures
  • Pet names
  • Pet profiles
  • Club name
  • Club home page

  • Club boards
